Abstract

Resveratrol is a phytoalexin produced in few plants,such as Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati,grapes and peanut.Resver- atrol has beneficial effects on human health,known as cardioprotection,anticancer effect,antioxidant activity,anti-inflammatory action, antibacterial action,anti-virus action,neuroprotective effect and phytoestrogen effect,and so on.
