Abstract

Objective To explore the relation between the coexpression of P-gp and CD 34 and clinical curative effect in acute leukemia(AL). Methods 30 AL patients were detected by flow cytometry after marking their monuclear cells with monoclonal antibody of P-gp and CD 34 .We observed the relationship between expression and clinical effect. Results The clinical effect is the worsest in which express both P-gp and CD 34 antigen.Compared P-gp with CD 34 ,the prognosis was worse in AL patients when P-gp expression was high. Conclusions There were poorer prognosis in who coexpressed both P-gp and CD 34 in acute leukemia.
