Abstract

College counselors are directly in charge of university students' ideological and political education for a long time.This kind of work is numerous and heavy.In order to encourage counselors to overcome difficulties,we need to take multinomial measures to make them work contentedly and become professional personnel in the field of ideological and political education.This thesis analyzes major factors which influence the function of college counselors and pointedly puts forward seven measures which could improve their work in the field of ideological and political education.
