The Countermeasures about the Inequalities between College Counselors' Power and Responsibility

The college counselors are the backbone of the force to carry out ideological and political education of college students.They are the organizer,implementer and guidance of the college students' political education and management.However,from the actual situation of the college,there has a widespread phenomena that is inequalities between the college counselors' power and responsibility.In this paper,the phenomenon of much counselors' responsible and little power are analyzed,and the adverse impacts of counselor personal and team building as well as the ideological and political work are also discussed.Finally,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to change the phenomena of inequalities between the college counselors' power and responsibility,from these aspects that the duty of definiting the counselors' duties,reducing the counselors' work,taking material measures and mental stimulation to increase the powers of counselors.
