Abstract
Aim To study the lipophilic compounds of the leaves of Callicarpa nudiflora Hook.Et Arn.Methods This compounds were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and HPD-100 macroporous resin, and their structures were identified by physicochemical and spectral data. Results Eight compounds were obtained and identified as 5,4'-dihydroxy-3,7,3'-trimethoxyflavone(1),5-hydroxy-3,7,3',4'-tetramethoxyflavone(2),luteolin(3),luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4),aesculetin(5),urs-12-en-3β-ol(6),ursolic acid(7),β-sitosterol(8).Conclusion Compounds 5,6 were isolated from Callicarpa genus for the first time.Compounds 1-3,8 were isolated from this plant for the first time. The coumarins was firstly obtained from the genus.
