Logistics and the logistics management have already become the important research of the economics field and the management field in our country, and also been involved in the problems that are attended widely by the current enterprises in practice. The third part logistics, as a predominant logistics model, is the trend of logistics development, and has become the hotspot of practice for many enterprises. So the article discusses the significance of developing the third part logistics first. The key content of this article is to analyze the main problems that exist in developing the third part logistics in our country, and put forward feasible countermeasures to deal with the above problems. Finally, countermeasures are offered to solve the problems arising from the development of the third part logistics in China.
