Abstract

Third-part logistics,an important component of national logistics development,is the gist of the logistics development today.Though a great deal of achievements have been made,there still experienced difficulties,for subjective and objective reasons.The countermeasures to accelerate third-part logistics development are presented by analyzing the existing state and issues.
