The development trend of logistics management and the countermeasures for enterprises of our country

The competition of modern enterprise is gradually focusing on logistics field which is called third source of profit. For the logistics management to understand the development trend of logistics management of the world, the authors analyse the marketing environment that the modern logistic management confronts, and elucidate the development trend of modern logistics management of the world, that is, the networking of logistics management, the integration of logistics members, automatization and informatization and shifting from forecast basis to reaction basis. And then the authors discuss the problems existing in the logistics management in Chinese enterprises and put forward some suggestions to resolve these problems: changing old modes of thought to understand the importance of logistics management; adoption of the third party logistics; sharing a common information platform; introduction of advanced technology and facilities from foreign and domestic enterprises.
