Treatment of 35 Cases of Middle-Late Primary Lung Cancer by "Jianpi Bushen Decoction"

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects of Jianpi Bushen Decoction on middle-late primary lung cancer.Methods Thirty-five cases were treated by Jianpi Bushen Decoction for 3 months;the main symptoms,tumor coefficient of stabilization,Kamofsky scores and patients' survival time were observed.Results After treatment,the patients' main symptoms were improved remarkably(P0.05,P0.01);the tumor remission rate was 17.14%;the improvement coefficient of stabilization by Kamofsky scores was 91.42%;the one-year survival rate was 74.29%,1.5-year survival rate 57.14% and 2-year survival rate 42.86%.Conclusion Jianpi Bushen Decoction shows good effects in improving patients' main symptoms,tumor stabilization,quality of life,and expanding survival period,indicating that it is quite effective in fighting cancer.
