An Analysis of Agricultural Land Property Rights and Its System Restructuring in China

In China,the unreasonable definition of agricultural land property rights and lack of land property rights of farmers cause the illegal land-levying phenomenon to be serious,the land transaction cost to be expensive,so farmer's legitimate rights and interests cannot obtain the protection.This article introduced the theory of property rights,especially from right of use and right of disposal agricultural land,discusses the issue caused by agricultural land,puts forward reasonable definition of agricultural land property rights,establish the mechanism of allowing the circulation of contractual operation rights of agricultural land,so as to let farmers share the achievement which the property right rises in value.
