Analysis epidemic situation of viral hepatitis in Longlin county 2004-2009

Objective: To analyze the epidemic situation of viral hepatitis in Longlin county 2004-2009,so as to provide a scientific base for adopting appropriate measures to prevent and control the infectious diseases.Methods: Infectious disease of viral hepatitis information was collectted from the County 2004-2009 and Excel software was used for statistical analysis.Results: Senven hundred and thirty-six cases of viral hepatitis were reported in the whole county nearly 6 years,population annual incidence rate of 33.11/100,000,the incidence of male was higher than that of females.There were 127 cases with hepatitis A,503 cases with hepatitis B,45 cases with hepatitis C.Sixty cases were non branched type hepatitis.Only 1 case of hepatitis E was found in 2009.The hepatitis incidence peak was situated in aged 25-34 years age group.The incidence of a disease of farmers and students was 64.54%.The incidence of hepatitis tended to go up.Conclusion: Prevention therapy of viral hepatitis especially hepatitis B in Longlin county is still severe,the task should be focused on farmers and student group.
