Analysis epidemic situation of viral hepatitis in TianE county 2004-2010

Objective To understand national laws rule infectious diseases of various types of viral hepatitis incidence nearly seven years in TianE county and analysis of the epidemiological characteristics for the development of control strategies and measures to provide a scientific basis.Methods The county's data of epidemic with viral hepatitis have been collected from 2004 to 2010 and using Excel software for statistical analysis.Results Nearly seven years,the county reported a total of 667 cases of viral hepatitis cases,population incidence rate of 5.39/ 10000,the men more than women rate was 1.91:1,the incidence of various types of hepatitis are hepatitis A crowd 0.73 /10000,hepatitis B 4.24/10000,the hepatitis C 0.31 /10000,the hepatitis E 0.02 /10000 and unclassified hepatitis 0.09 / 10000.Ages of high incidence of hepatitis cases in the 15-44 age group.Farmers,students and public officials ranked the top three,number of cases accounted for 54.42%,12.88%and 12.15%.The hepatitis cases were increasing year by year and the hepatitis B significantly.Conclusion The viral hepatitis prevention task still tough in this county.
