Analysis and Research on the Clinical Impact of Psychological Nursing Intervention for Patients with Depression

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect of psychological nursing intervention in patients with depression. Methods 96 cases of patients with depression were selected and divided into control group(n=48) and observation group(n=48) according to the principles of random and double-blind. Two groups of patients were accepted SSRIs antidepressant therapy and routine nursing care and based on this, the observation group was adopted the psychological nursing intervention method. Record, analyze and compare the HAMD scores, compliance with regular treatment and nursing satisfaction. Results Observation group after nursing intervention in patients with HAMD scores are significantly better than the control group, P0.05; Observation group of patients with medication adherence are significantly better than control group, P0.05; Observation group of patients with nursing satisfaction score is significantly higher than the control group,(P0.05). Conclusion Adding psychological nursing interventionon on the basis of routine treatment and nursing in patients with depression can significantly improve the patient's depressive symptoms, the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction, being worth promoting.
