Controlled Clinical Observation of Treating Duodenal Ulcer with Zini Ulcer Decoction

[Objective]To observe effect of treating duodenal ulcer with Zini ulcer decoction.[Methods]180 patients were divided into two groups,100 cases in the treatment group with the Zini ulcer decoction treatment,80 cases in the control group oral ranitidine treatment.The two groups were 4 weeks for 1 courses,3 courses of treatment after therapeutic efficacy,partially cured patients followed up for half observed recurrence.[Results]The treatment group total effective rate 96.00%,control group total effective rate 80.00%,Clinical efficacy of the treatment group is superior to control group.[Conclusion]Treating duodenal ulcer with Zini ulcer decoction has a good effect.
