Effects of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction Combined with Omeprazole in Treatment of Peptic Ulcer of Spleen Deficiency Type Control Observation

[Objective ]Investigate Huangqijianzhong Soup combined with omeprazole in treatment of spleen deficiency type of peptic ulcer clinical curative effect.[Methods]In our hospital from 2011 August to 2012 February treated 128 cases of spleen deficiency type in patients with peptic ulcer according to random sampling method,will be divided into a treatment group and a control group of two groups,each group with 64 cases.The control group was treated with omeprazole treatment;the treatment group were treated with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction oral treatment.In 4 weeks for 1 courses of treatment,continuous after 5 courses of treatment the curative effect.[Results]Two patients endoscopic examination of the ulcer area decreased at different degrees,the total effective rate of treatment group was 95.31%,the total effective rate in control group was 85.94%.In treatment group than in control group.[Conclusion]Huangqijianzhong Soup combined with omeprazole in treatment of peptic ulcer of spleen deficiency type has good clinical curative effect,is worth in clinical widely.
