The investigation and analysis of post management satisfaction of nurses in infectious disease hospital

Objective:To implement nursing post management according to the guideline published by the ministry of health,know about the nurses' cognition of the posts and promote post management. Methods: After the post management was put into used for 3 months,there was a investigation on the nurses' satisfaction with post management who are involved in it. Results: Most of the nurses were identified and satisfied with the post management and the design. Conclusion: To implement nursing post management can mobilize the nurse's working enthusiasm and improve the stability of nursing team,thus promote the sustainable development of high quality nursing service.
