Construction of the Talent Cultivation Model of "Working and Learning Combination" of Higher Vocational Schools

Abstract

There exist two misunderstandings in the talent cultivation model of working and learning combination of higher vocational schools:misunderstanding in implementation and misunderstanding in cultivation process. Therefore,in order to achieve essential reform of talent cultivation model and enhance talent cultivation quality,higher vocational schools must build and implement dual-subject and whole process talent cultivation model to strengthen working and learning combination.
