Review on the Traditional Talent Cultivation Model in Vocational Education

Abstract

The innovative model of talent cultivation for vocational education is the most important issue that our country is facing to.Based on the knowledge about the problem of traditional model of talent cultivation for vocational education,the paper will start from the analysis on the development of the vocational education idea in China and review on the traditional model of talent cultivation for vocational education in our country from several respects: the target of talent cultivation,the plan and implement of curriculum,the method of teaching and the quality evaluation.
