Research on nursing effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients with acute myocardial infarction

Objective To explore the nursing effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods Ninety-five cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into observation group (n = 48) and control group (n = 47). The observation group was given clinical nursing pathway, and control group was given traditional nursing pathway. Results Bedbound period, hospitalization days and hospitalization expenses of observation group were obviously lower than that of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P 0.05); the score of health education knowledge of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05); the satisfaction degree of nursing quality in observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P 0.05). Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway significantly improves the nursing effect of acute myocardial infarction patients, so this nursing mode is worth promoting.
