Abstract

Objective: To observe immune anti-tumor effect of Shiquandabu decoction and Jinlingzi powder in hepatoma-xenograft rats. Methods: The hepatoma-xenograft rats was constructed as model, systematically observing the effects of Shiquandabu decoction and Jinlingzi powder on tumor weight and immune function of spleen cell. Results: The average anti-tumor rate of Shiquandabu decoction and Jinlingzi powder in hepatoma-xenograft rats achieved to 43.8%,and the tumor weight showed a relationship with the dosage of drugs, promoting markedly activity of NK and production level of IL-2,enhance phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophages. Conclusion: The mechanism, which Shiquandabu decoction and Jinlingzi powder resist tumor, maybe enhance cellular immune function in hepatoma-xenograft rats.
