Growth inhibiting Effects of Dabuyin Decoction Serum on H460 Cell

Objective:To explore the growth inhibiting effects of Dabuyin decoction serum on H460 cell.Methods: Mice were divided into three groups at random as normal control group,normal saline group and Dabuyin decoction group.All the administration lasted 7 days,after the last administration,blood sample were separated.The morphological changes were observed by biological microscope.Cell viability was measured by MTT method.Result: After administered Dabuyin decoction 48h and 72h,a part of H460 cells turned to round and appeared apoptotic bodies.Dabuyin decoction could inhibit the growth of H460 cell in time-dependent.Conclusion: Dabuyin decoction serum has growth inhibiting effects on H460 cells and it provided experimental evidence for further study on the anti-tumor effect of Dabuyin decoction.
