Theoretical Foundation and Overall Design for Rural Financial Legal System Construction of Gansu Province

The study on rural financial legal system of Gansu Province serves for the purpose of establishing an effective operating mechanism.This paper puts forth that much importance should be attached to properly handle the relationship between reform and opening-up,finance and financial systems,and government,market and society;explores a legal system to regulate the rural finance development of Gansu Province;and provides major theoretical foundation,design demonstration and decision-making references for national legislation.
