Abstract

The paper summarizes the development situation of new type of rural financial organizations in Jiuquan city in recent years, analyzes the existing problems in the process of the development. The paper puts forward insisting on the market positioning of serving for agriculture, rural areas and farmers, increase the intensity of support, enhancing the effectiveness of financial supervision,perfecting capital supply mechanism, and strengthening the construction of their own risk control mechanism and organization, etc.
