Research on the Financial Support to New Rural Constuction of Hubei Province in China

As a major agricultural province,the new rural construction in Hubei is not only the major historic task in modern construction,and also a fundamental way to achieve the transfer from a major agricultural province to a powerful one.Financial support is an important engine of the new rural construction,but there arte some problems in the current rural financial system in Hubei,such as supply of funds,allocation of resources,innovation and development and authority control,and so on.This paper proposes the suggestions on how to solve the financial support problem to new rural construction in Hubei province.
