Abstract
Objective To discuss effect of perichemotherapy continuous nursing intervention on patients after operation for gastric carcinoma. Methods Selected 60 cases after operation for gastric carcinoma received chemotherapy were divided into study group and control group. Study group received continuous nursing intervention, and control group received normal nursing intervention. Quality of life, SDS, SAS, adverse reaction were surveyed before intervention, after the first and the third chemotherapy. Results After intervention, SDS and SAS score of study group were lower than control group(P0.05). Degree of nausea and vomiting, white blood cells decline, peripheral nerve sensory abnormalities, muscle and joint pain, alopecia of study group were lighter than control group( P0.05). Quality of life of study group was better than control group(P0.05). Conclusion Perichemotherapy continuous nursing intervention on patients after operation for gastric carcinoma can improve SDS and SAS, relieve adverse reactions, and improve quality of life.
