Anlysis on Clinical Efficacy of Pain Care Intervention on Advanced Lung Cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect pain nursing intervention in the application of advanced lung cancer.Methods In 100 patients with lung cancer as the research object,its according to different nursing mode can be divided into control group and observation group,control group given routine nursing care,observation group was given pain nursing intervention,compared two groups of patients and nursing before and after the nursing effect of SAS scores. Results Mild pain in observation group is higher than the control group,moderate,and severe pain is lower than the control group,significant difference(P 0.05). Nursing before,two groups of SAS score comparison,there was no significant difference(P 0.05); After nursing,the observation group SAS score lower than the control group,significant difference(P 0.05). Conclusion Pain nursing intervention in patients with lung cancer late the application effect is good,can effectively reduce the pain of patients,improve patients psychological status,to improve the quality of life,is worth promoting.
