Abstract
Wu Wei-ye advocated the Tang poetry,but not abandoned the Song poetry.His poetry creation mainly absorbed the method of Tang poetry,but also had similarity with Song poetry in art.Under his poem direct influence,there appeared Tai Cang Ten Poetsand Lou Dong Poetic School in the early Qing Dynasty.His narrative poem achievement,affected the poetry creation in Qing Dynasty.Not only by his poem theory,Wu Weiye participated in the controversy of Tang poetry and Song poetry by his widespread influence of poetry creation.
