Abstract

Mencius' thought of benevolent government occupies an important position in his ideological system.And its appearance has unique historical origin.The ideological system of Mencius' benevolent government mainly compromises politics,economy and education,through which runs through the advocation of taking the people as the most important element,which is the ultimate limit that feudal system allowed it to develop.
