Mencius inherited and carried forward the benevolence Thought of Confucius and developed the moral principles of benevolent government to political ideals Wang.Mencius’ benevolent ideology was based a theory on which the human nature is good.It looked on the people's livelihood as the core and the enlightenment as the end-result.In the imperial autocratic societies,Mencius’ benevolent tyranny of ideas was critical to maintain the positive significance of people's livelihood and became the important thinking of totalitarian Resources forcritical thinkers in ancient China
