Curative Effect Analysis of Huoxue Yishen in Treatment of Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Huoxue Yishen Decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of early diabetic nephropathy,and provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods: 95 cases of diabetic nephropathy patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as the research object. They were randomly divided into 2 groups. 47 patients treated with western medicine were as control group and 48 patients treated with western and Chinese medicine were as treatment group. The clinical curative effect before and after treatment,24 h urinary protein excretion,fasting blood sugar and other index changes were observed in two groups. Results: The total effective rate in treatment group and control group were 91. 67% and 78. 72%,respectively. The difference was statistically significant by the chi- square test,P 0. 05. After 2 courses,urinary albumin excretion rate( UAER),urea nitrogen( BUN) and serum creatinine( Scr) in treatment group were( 56. 20 ± 19. 45) μg / min,( 4. 68 ± 1. 00) mmol / L and( 75. 70 ± 19. 55) mol /L,respectively. These indexes in the control group were( 74. 35 ± 21. 50) μg / min,( 6. 35 ± 1. 12) mmol / L and( 96. 76± 26. 50) μmol / L,respectively. The difference was statistically significant by t test,P 0. 05. The total incidence of adverse reactions in treatment group and control group was 10. 42% and 8. 51%,respectively. There was no statistically significant difference by the chi- square test,P 0. 05. Conclusion: Huoxue Yishen Decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of diabetic nephropathy has good curative effect. It is worth popularization and application.
