On the Financial Support to the Development of the Agriculture,Rural Areas,and Darmers in Western China——Take Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region for Example

In order to develop agriculture and the economy and to increase farmers' income, financial support is urgently needed in western China, where its economy is backward. The financial system in westen China should be further improved, because there are quite a few problems in the financial system. So we put forth the following suggestions: to strengthen the governments' guiding function and respect farmers as main players; Guide commercial financial institutions to increase agriculture input; Adjust the functions positioning of Agricultural Development Bank and broaden its scope of business and source of funds and strengthen its role in supporting agriculture; Speed up the reform of credit cooperatives and the pace of innovation, and let it become the main force of the agriculture's financial supporter; Establish the long-term mechanism for capital back into the areas, through various channels to solve the three rural issue of economic development funds; Guide and standardize and develop non-financial reasonably; And make great efforts to develop agricultural insurance, in order to protect the building of new countryside.
