The Status Quo and Problems of The Development of Financial Support to Rural Areas,Countryside,Agriculture and Farmers and Suggestions——Based on The Case of Qian County

The paper summarizes the major policies on supports to the development of the rural areas,agriculture and farmers,analyzes the present situation and effects of the financial support to the development of the rural areas,agriculture and farmers in Qian county,analyzes the main problems existing in the process of financial support to agriculture like that the financial services are not perfect,the financial ecological environment is not good,and agricultural long-term financing gap is big and so on.Finally,the paper suggests further improving financial services,optimizing the financial ecological environment construction and increasing the long-term lending combined with the actual situation.
