Understandings on Giving Financial Support to Agriculture Development

In recent years,thanks to beneficiary policy for agriculture development,agriculture and rural areas in Guangxi is developing rapidly.At the point,a new rural policy system is taken shape to develop agriculture and increase farmers' income.This being said due to the weak foundation of agriculture,rural areas and famers,and collective system's special features,the agriculture financial market is still a weak link.In this sense,we must put in place the new deepening from concept to action,format to content,policy to system and move forward with giving financial support to agriculture development while considering the agriculture financial needs.
