Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effect of bifid triple viable bacteria capsules combined with trimebutine maleate tablets on the treatment of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome. Methods 75 patients with diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome were divided into two groups: 38 patients of treatment group treated with trimebutine maleate tablets,0. 2 g,tid, po and bifid triple viable bacteria tablets,40 mg,bid,po,37 patients of control group treated with trimebutine maleate tablets in the same therapeutic way. The clinical symptom of two groups was compared before and after treatment, respectively, and clinical efficacy was evaluated after treatment. Results The symptoms of treatment group were significantly improved than the control group. The total effective rate of it ( 92. 11% ) was higher than that of the control ( 81. 08% ) ,P 0. 05. Conclusion The treatment of bifid triple viable bacteria tablets combined with trimebutine maleate tablets can provide a satisfactory effect for patients with diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome.
