Abstract

The chiral phosphoric acid derived from BINOL was an excellent Brnsted acid catalyst in recent years. Now,asymmetric Friedel-Craft(F-C) reaction catalyzed by chiral phosphoric acid became one of the hot topics. The latest progress in the research of chiral phosphoric acid catalysts was reviewed for the asymmetric F-C reaction of imines or enamines.
