Abstract

Friedel-crafts reaction is one of the most efficient methods for the construction of carbon bond directly connected with aromatic compounds.The chiral phosphoric acid is an organic micromolecular catalyst with completely new structure and excellent nature appeared in recent years.It is no doubt that asymmetric F-C alkylation reaction catalyzed by chiral phosphoric acid has become a hot topic in recent years.It has been greatly achieved on asymmetric F-C alkylation reaction catalyzed by chiral phosphoric acid with excellent enantioselectivities for a series of substrates such as α,β-unsaturated aldehydes or ketones,α,β-unsaturated nitroalkenes,simple aldehydes or ketones,imines,enamines and so on.In this paper,the latest progress in the research of chiral phosphoric acid catalysts for F-C alkylation reaction is reviewed.
