The Introduction, Selecting and Application of Wild Herbaceous Ground Cover Species in Beijing Area

This article analysed the current utility situation of ground cover plants in Beijing.It pointed out that the introduction of Wild herbaceous Species was a economical and effective to improve urban environment and enhance the level of urban virescence landscape.Through the investigation on the wild herbaceous ground cover Species in Beijing and around Beijing area,44spieces have been successful introduced.After one year's observation of phenophase ,20 Species with high ornamental value have been selected .
