Clinical treatment about hypertension chronic congestive heart failure combined with valsartan

Objective To compare the application effect of standard treatment and combined with valsartan on hypertension chronic congestive heart failure.Methods 368 patients were randomly divided into control group and experiment group,184 patients in each group.Control group was treated according to guide line for chronic congestive heart failure in 2007,experiment group was treated by standard treatment and valsa-rtan(80mg/d),follow-up half a year.Treatment effect was observed and compared.Results Compared with control group,cardiac function was improved(P0.05);stroke and new-onset diabetes rates was lower(P0.05).Conclusion Curative effect is better than standard treatment group compared with experiment group.
