Abstract

After the Tokyo Olympic Games,mass sports in Japan developed rapidly,and the national physical fitness improved significantly.On the contrary,the competitive sports has dejected gradually with a declining trend till they achieved remarkable results on the Athens Olympic Games.There is no accident because there is a tendency of development policies and strategies of the national sports and a dialectical relation between sports and political,economic and even cultural life.By reviewing and analyzing on the process of sports in Japan,this paper makes profound comprehension on the development direction of Chinese sports after 2008 Beijing Olympic Games,as well as Mass Sports Go with Olympic Games.
