Curative effects of the compound traditional Chinese medicine and norfloxacin on artificially infected rabbit's colibacillosis

Abstract

The compound JUNLITING Ⅱ,which was composed of the Chinese herbal narrow-leaved oleaster in Tarim Basin and chemical medicine norfloxacin,was used to cure artificially infected rabbit's colibacillosis.Healthy rabbits were caused disease by injecting E.coli,and then cured with JUNLITING Ⅱ and norfloxacin.The curative effects were observed.The results showed that the effect of JUNLITING Ⅱwas significanty different from that of norfloxacin on rabbit's colibacillosis,curative ratios were 85% and 71.4% respectively.It is obviously that the curative effects of JUNLITING Ⅱ are better than those of norfloxacin.
