RESEARCH ON PREVALENCE RATE OF HYPERTENSION AND ANALYSIS OF RELEVANT FACTORS AMONG PEOPLE IN JIANGSU

Objective:To study the prevalence rate of hypertension and relevant factors among people in Jiangsu Province.Methods:To find out the prevalence rate of hypertension and relevant factors,by the way of stratified sampling study 8 534 people who are 15 years old and distribute in 11 different cities in Jiangsu were investigated.Results:The prevalence rate of hypertension in Jiangsu is 19 43%(male is 21 27%,and female is 17 35%) while the standard prevalence rate of hypertension is 16 65%(male is 18 70%,and female is 15 19%).Variable analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis show that the risk factors of hypertension are age,BMI,WHR,family history of hypertension,blood sugar,education degree,marriage status,smoking,drinking and manual exercise.Conclusions:Hypertension is the product of multi-gene heredity and many kinds of harmful environmental factors.since we've found out the risk factors of hypertension.It is of great importance to carry out primary preventions in herd.
