Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of the vascular embolization for the renal hemorrhage. Methods 51patients were analyzed, which including 29cases of renal carcinoma,4cases of renal angiomyolipomas,8cases of severe hemorrhage after minimally invasive percutaneous neophrolithotomy(MPCNL),2cases of renal postoperative hemorrhage, and 8cases of traumatic renal hemorrhage)underwent embolization. The curative effect of vascular embolization treatment and the attention points in operation were obseved. Results After angiography, all the patients were determined on the site, the extent, features and vessel of bleeding. The bleeding gradually stopped 4to 48hours after embolization. Conclusion Embolization renal hemorrhage shows tiny trauma and short-term effect.Itis safe and effective to stop bleeding.
