Abstract

Objective To learn about the effects on the treatment of pulmonary hypertension with the Intravenous using of urapidil and nitroglycerin.Methods 36 patients with pulmonary hypertension were divided into the urapidil group and the nitroglycerin group,each of 18 cases.And then each group was given urapidil or nitroglycerin 10mg which was solubled in 5%GS 250ml to intravenous drip,once a day and checked the results after 15 days.Results Two guoup after treatment,mean pulmonary artery pressure(MPAP)improved significantly than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05);However,cardiac index(SI),HR,PaO2,PaCO2,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05);In Urapidil group,mean arterial pressure(MAP)before and after treatment fluctuations in small(P0.05),but there was greater volatility in nitroglycerin group(P0.05).Conclusion In improving the pulmonary hypertension,urapidil was better and made little influence on the hemodynamics,and was recommended.
