Effect of Urapidil Combined with Nitroglycerin in Treatment of Acute Left Heart Failure with Hypertension

Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of urapidil combined with nitroglycerin in treatment of acute left heart failure with hypertension.Methods Forty patients with acute left heart failure were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(n=25) and control group(n=25).The treatment group were treated with urapidil combined with nitroglycerin,the control group were treated with nitroglycerin alone;the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared.Results The clinical efficacy of urapidil combined with nitroglycerin in treatment of acute left heart failure is better than nitroglycerin alone,the difference was significant(P0.05).Conclusion Urapidil combined with nitroglycerin is effective and safe in treatment of acute left heart failure with hypertension.
