Abstract
Objective To observe the impact of psychological intervention on patients negative emotion and life quality with hepatic carcinoma.Methods 60 patients with liver cancer were chosen and randomly divided into before intervention group(30 cases)and after intervention 30 days group(30 cases),the follow-up assessment of psychological status and life quality were performed by taking symptom self-assessment form (SCL-90),self-rating depression scale (SDS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS),Quality of Life Scale (ARES-S),and the targeted psychological intervention relayed on the basis of the initial results of assessment and intervention results were analyzed to assess the differences between the two groups.Results Two groups before intervention in patients with SDS,SAS and SCL-90 score compared there was no significant difference (P0.05).After the intervention,the intervention group SDS,SAS,SCL-90 scores were lower than before the intervention and control group,the difference was significant (P0.05),the control group before and after intervention SDS,SAS,SCL-90 score had no significant differences (P0.05).In the intervention group after the intervention of quality of life CARES-SF score was significantly higher than before the intervention and control group (P0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention can effectively relief negative emotional and psychological stress and help to improve the life quality of the patients with hepatic carcinoma.
