Abstract
The paper elaborats the overall plan of using part of the existing irrigating works and their water damming and storage capacity to plan and build up the project of recycle and diversion of area end water. The technical, economic feasibility and the environmental, economic benefits of the project by verifying the construction scale and investment budgetary estimation is also analyzed.
