Abstract
In order to improve the level of local economy,local colleges and universities teaching objectives should be taught by the knowledge to teach the ability to turn to the ability training. Industrial economics is a discipline with strong application,but in the process of teaching,practice and innovation ability training is less. Project teaching method from the industrial development and construction of the park needs,through scientific arrangement project training,guidance information search path,strengthen project guidance and communication,improve process evaluation mechanism and development of the outstanding works of the project evaluation and other measures,effectively improve the students' innovation ability and practice ability.
