Abstract
The implementation of the college students' innovation training project is to help students to develop innovation thinking,improve innovation ability,and then adapt to social development.In this paper,the author expounded gains,which were obtained through the guidance of the college students' innovation training project,as that highlighting the dominant position of students in the project,focusing on the reserves of students' knowledge and operating skills,cultivating scientific quality and other spiritual qualities,as well as evaluating the project with the outlook on development,can effectively improve the cultivation of the innovation ability of chemical major students.
