Abstract
Objective To investigate the changes of immunologic function of red blood cells(RBC)in patients with chronic gastritis infected by helicobacter pylori(HP).Methods The immunologic function of RBC in 315 cases of chronic gastritis was dynamically detected with yeast rosette method before and after treatment. Results The results showed that RBC-C 36 receptor rostte(RBC-C 36RR)rate and RBC immune adherence enhance factor(RFER) rates were lower(P0.01, P0.05)and RBC immune complex rosette (RBC-ICR)rate and RBC immune adherence inhibitor factor(RFIR)were higher( P0.05,P0.01)in patients with chronic gastritis than those in control group.RBC-C 36RR was obviously lower and PBC-ICR was obviously higher in patients with chronic gastritis infected by HP than those with no HP(P0.05,P0.05).There was no great difference in RFER and RFIF between these two groups.RBC-ICR was significantly lower after treatment in 186 patients infected by HP and needing eradication. Conclusions HP infection could reduce immunologic function of RBC in patients with chronic gastritis.
