Study on the Characteristics of the Transitional Stage and the Countermeasures for Unemployment in China

Over more than 20 years,the unemployment of China experienced the stage from the recessive to the dominant unemployment. Thus,China has sustained the strong pressure from the huge size of unemployment. From the view of the trend,the unemployment size in China will reduce,while the structural unemployment and endogenous unemployment will intensify gradually. So,the employment policy should be changed from the quantity control to structure control,while paying attention to the characteristics of the transitional stage.
